A friend of the program, Brian has made contributions to the program through his call-ins, his Emotionless Movie Review segments and a few in-studio appearances. Brian's visits often made for easygoing podcasts as Patrick and Hollywood Adam would ask the-attorney-to-be curious legal questions or the three would warmly reminisce about their high school days.

Brian was a popular guest, due to his deadpan humour, his attempts at remaining somewhat professional while on NLO, and his embarrassing recollections of Patrick.

Memorably, Brian's presence in the studio caused Patrick to mock his legal apprehension in saying certain things on the show, inspiring the creation of the "allegedly!" disclaimer.

Since Adam's departure Brian has made only one appearance on the show, wherein he called in on a live show to give a lawyer's perspective on a legal issue.
