A former chef turned poker dealer, Chef is a regular co-host on the Nobody Likes Onions program. First appearing alongside Johnny B in Episode 098: Feel The Rain, Chef began appearing more regularly on the program in the absence of Dagre.

Chef is Jewish, and this fact does not go unnoticed by the other hosts, as he is the go-to guy for all questions about Jewish cultural practices and the death of Jesus Christ. Characteristically Jew-y, Chef will go the extra mile to return subpar food as well as indulge in self-deprecation (especially when discussing poker games)

On December 24th, 2007, during the live show that would become Episode 264: Easonsa Eetingsgra, it was announced that Chef would be moving from the Tampa Bay area and would thus become an infrequent guest. In early January 2008, it appeared that Chef had not actually moved and is still co-hosting NLO.

Unlike Dagre, Chef contributes to the production of the program, as he keenly monitors feedback during live shows.

Chef notoriously likes to go the bathroom during the middle of meals.

For fun, Chef enjoys hockey and feeding his well-documented Call of Duty 4 addiction. He also goes to Biloxi frequently, and occasionally brings Patrick along. However, after every time he gets back, he complains how he and Patrick did not do very well and "lost their ass."

Chef is also notably known for choosing bad girlfriends. Notable episodes such as Episode 305: Brandy Mickey Is A Lying Whore document such experiences in Chefs' love life. As of late, the show has been trying to fix up Chef with a date, asking listeners to send in applications. One such girl is an 18 year old from Orlando, Florida that goes by the name of Emma. She was found on Episode 315, Chef called her on Episode 316, and she was brought into the studio after their date on Episode 317.

Emma has been described as a short, blond girl with double D breasts that swallows. She has also loved Chef "forever", or at least a long time. Emma and Chef broke up at the end of the summer of 08. Chef has not been on any shows recently, and it was revealed in Episode 393: Erik Is Not Special that the reason Chef has been absent from the show is that he recently acquired a new "sweater". Allegedly, there was some sort of ultimatum, and Chef chose the "Sweater" over his friends.
