Double O is a highly respected professional poker dealer and floor manager at the World Series of Poker. He, according to the other guys, "gets more ass than a bicycle seat" (although he is engaged). He first appeared on the show in Episode 168.

The name Double O refers to his surname, Ooley. For those in the listener community who are deduction-disinclined, that has two O's in it.
