The title of this episode refers to the members of the NLO Forums who were swapping around a bootleg version of the impromptu live show Patrick and Hollywood Adam on the previous Friday. The episode was originally planned to be released in the Super Alpha Bonus Club as a treat for long-time supporters of the show, but as discussed in the episode, some forum members felt entitled to the bonus content, not realizing that the SABC is for loyal fans who want to give back to the show and not the other way around (that is, Patrick giving extra content to dedicated listeners). As a result, the secret Adam episode was not released, and at the time of writing, it's unknown whether the secret Adam show will see an official release.
