Knocking On Salad can refer to a variety of things.

First is the NLO Episode, number 274.

Second is the action of "knocking" on salad. This action is performed by knocking on a salad, much as you would knock on a door. It serves a purpose, but only through knocking will you learn that purpose.

Finally is the song "Knocking On Salad", by Patrick M****n. A hit song, Patrick sang it for the American Idol judges at a later date and received much praise.
