A pithy attempt to promote the use of basic common sense, "Learn things" became one of the most memorable catchphrases in NLO history. Indeed, upon its initial coining, the phrase quickly found its own t-shirt at the NLO Store and into the parlance of the NLO community, both on and off the program.

Learn Things has been around since the Adam days. "We live on a planet. Learn things."

The original "learn things" shirt has since been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase from the NLO Store. Though the phrase is not as regularly used on the show as it once was, it has maintained usage among NLO fans, particularly on the NLO Forums.
