This episode saw the 'outing' of Nick as bisexual. He sold a BlackBerry on eBay and the purchaser was a fan of NLO. Nick forgot to wipe off the memory of the BlackBerry, so many e-mails and instant message postings remained, as well as his Gmail account login information. The emails revealed that Nick had been leading a second life.

Nick called in, and haltingly broke the news that he's not gay, but bisexual, and Patrick caught Nick in a backpedal when he asked if Nick was posting ads looking to suck some dick, and Nick said yes, but then quickly reversed himself.

The pressure built in Episode 108 against Nick was almost totally deflated with this episode, as Patrick and Adam finally delved deep into Nick's psyche. When they met Nick at the Podcast Expo later, Patrick and Adam said Nick seemed to have changed a lot since the donut punching incident, closer to what they would consider "Normal", and that they hung out with him during the expo.

When he made a brief reappearance on the shows 169-171, he said that his outing had not ruined his life.
