Pantswise is a nonsense word, created by Patrick for what originally seemed like a joke. It soon appe
ared on an NLO t-shirt, and the word became popular within the NLO community.
Pantswise used in conversation is used as a generic adverb as in "Pantswise, I think the movie was alright." or "Yeah, that meal was nice, pantswise."
More recently, it was discovered that "pantswise" was a crucial clue in the NLOL 2007 DVD Easter Egg game.
