The Secret Segment is a segment that only Patrick knows about, and can be about anything and brought up any time. It is most commonly associated with things such as the Adam Eat This segment, but it has also been used to introduce the first of other regular segments, and many other things, such as Patrick's standup comedy. Because the Secret Segment was so closely linked to Adam, it was terminated when he left the show.
