Partially fed up with numerous annoying calls from young teenagers, Patrick now sends young callers on their way with a clip from "Sweet Sixteen" by Hilary Duff, which is also the theme song from the MTV show My Super Sweet 16. Although it started out only being played when the caller was 16 or younger, now it is used for 17 and some 18 year olds as well if they sound too young for Patrick's liking.

This occurs on a much less frequent basis now, although not to the point where it could be considered discontinued. It's also been reported that sending a voice message over Xbox Live to Johnny B informing him of your 16th birthday may result in a small "Sweet 16!" reply.
